I am a big advocate of the bank because of the way you have built a relationship with us- not just being personable, or asking/remembering things about me and my family- but also about the time you take, preferring face-to-face interaction rather than a phone call, email or even video conferencing. You have always made preference to be in person, but not to the point that it means I am constantly travelling to meet you - you have been willing to come to my office, my home (even when at a building site).
What I have taken away from this - and what I tell everybody - Handelsbanken is a real personable, client relationship focused bank.
