"Despite being a ‘Premier’ customer with a high street bank for many years, we always found the service unresponsive and unhelpful. A colleague of mine had switched to Handelsbanken several years ago and kept saying how great they were so we thought we should try.

We couldn’t be happier – the service is phenomenal – the relationship manager is a true ‘relationship’ manager. It’s great to be able to phone up with a query and always get the same person to speak to. They have been so flexible, responsive and always accommodating since we started, and whilst I had high expectations the service received to date has massively exceeded my expectations. They demonstrate a real ‘can do’ attitude, always focusing on how can they help which is a million miles away from the ‘can’t do’ attitude of the high street banks. We are delighted with the service and wish we had switched all those years ago when we first heard about them."
