If you’re an individual banking customer we can:

- set up UK and international payments
- help with queries for debit and charge cards and transactions
If you’re a corporate banking customer we can:
- check account balances and transactions
- help with queries for the business debit card and transactions
- stop cheques
- cancel standing orders and Direct Debits
