To help us to achieve this, we monitor our performance over time and against our competitors. One of the ways we do this is by participating in an independent survey of British bank customers’ satisfaction, delivered by EPSI Rating Group*. For the sixteenth year in a row we're pleased to learn that again we have the most satisfied customers in Britain, both for individual and corporate banking.
